On June 16 through KBS 2TV’s ‘Happy Sunday-Mama Mia,’ Sandeul’s mother talked his surgery rumor.

Sandeul said, “One day, mom asked me, ‘should we go get your eyes and nose done?” surprising everyone.

Sandeul’s mom said, “I said that not knowing he’ll become a celebrity. He always wore eyeglasses until before high school. But he’s always smiling, so he was pretty.” She also revealed a pre-debut photo.

The revealed pre-debut photo didn’t have any resemblance with how Sandeul looks now. To this, his mother frankly said, “There’s so much difference when he wears his eyeglasses and when he takes it off. It was crazy because there was so much talk on the internet about him getting surgery done.”

MC Kyuhyun became overly chatty and said, “When I first saw Sandeul and his talent, I knew he was a singer,” causing everyone to laugh.
